At the microphone, the host of the Télématin show, who until then had been Laurent Delahousse’s joker for his 8:30 p.m. show on Sunday, made astonishing confidences about his future within the France 2 antenna.

But there, the rule has changed. A radical change that he would have learned in a “brutal” way while he was preparing an issue of the 8:30 p.m. show on Sunday devoted to the artist Stéphan Eicher.
“I was preparing for 8:30 p.m. with Stephan Eicher and I was told that the rules were changing. It was a few days before,” he explained and continued: “Afterwards, it’s Laurent’s baby. I don’t dispute that. It doesn’t take anything away from everything he’s done. It doesn’t take anything away from the fact that at the beginning, it was he who told me to come to France 2 to be his joker. at 8 p.m. and at 8:30 p.m. on Sundays (…) The things we say to each other, we don’t need to say them to a microphone, otherwise it creates a buzz and makes little alerts flash. creates problems where there are none”.

In the rest of his interview, Thomas Sotto also confided in his future within his Télématin program, leaving doubts hanging over his future alongside Julia Vignali. “We created a band and a team. Afterwards, it’s something, an exercise, which is very physical. It takes me all night, but also all day because I am very involved in editorial preparation.
