Since 2014, the actress Julie Gayet shares her life with the President of the Republic at the time, François Hollande. An idyll which had been revealed by the magazine Closer which claimed that their affair had lasted “for two years”. Faced with this, the star had filed a complaint for invasion of privacy. Harassed by photographers, Juliet Gayet stood up to her companion. “I have long been the object of the paparazzi, who try to destroy and smear my private life, but also of politicians, who use me to discredit my companion,” she explained to TF1 Info.
Now married to François Hollande, Julie Gayet seems to be spending peaceful days by his side. On the web, she does not hesitate to display her couple. In August 2021, she had also unveiled a snapshot of them which had caused a lot of reaction. She had explained it to our colleagues from TF1 Info. “I published this photo because I simply thought it was beautiful. It was the first time we had taken a posed photo of us and I just wanted to share that”.
