This is one of the back-to-school detective soap operas. To start the season, TF1 invites viewers to discover its original creation, Aim for the heart, broadcast on September 1, 2022. A series of six episodes, produced by Beaubourg Fiction, created by Sophie Lebarbier and Fanny Robert, directed by Vincent Jamain , the channel tells us in a statement.

For this new detective thriller, actress Claire Keim takes on the leading role. That of Julia Scola, a “brave and respected” police captain who must face a ghost from the past: her best enemy Novak Lisica, played by Lannick Gautry. Linked by a common past that kept them apart, they haven’t spoken to each other for twenty years.

While the police commander thinks of continuing her career, not without difficulties on a daily basis, the heroine crosses paths with this ex-lover who gave up his job as a criminal lawyer to become a commissioner and join his brigade. Over the course of their investigations, this reunion could well make sparks. “I thought it was smart to tell the story of the two heroes over three eras,” says actress Claire Keim to TF1 Pro.

“The tangle of sequences, constructed like a puzzle, skilfully made it possible to keep the thread of the relationship between the two heroes, with a question in the background: what happened between these two characters to that there is such tension between them? This question kept me in suspense throughout the episodes, “says Lannick Gautry’s playing partner.

After playing a harassed wife on M6, Claire Keim shines again in the thriller with this role of police captain on TF1. “I was very intrigued by this and I wanted to explore these bowels”, she confides about her character in Télé 7 Jours. “She is strong in appearance, but you must not shake her too much, otherwise everything will collapse. I liked this fragility, it must find an echo in me”.

Faced with the actress, the actor Lannick Gautry gives her the reply and form a complex duo where love and hate intermingle. Ten years prior, the two actors starred in the TV movie Codename: Rose. A reunion that had a special flavor on the set for the actress. “We were almost family, with him and Zinedine Soualem (Bernard in Aim for the heart, editor’s note)”, she confessed to our colleagues.

Among her filming comrades, Claire Keim played with the actors Noémie Chicheportiche and Waly Dia, of whom she admits to being a fan of her chronicles on the radio. “For me, it’s the France Inter sniper, which I listen to with delight”, confides the singer who also gave voice with the actress who plays Mel in the detective series. At the heart of the six episodes, the public will also find on screen Nicolas Cazalé, Raphaël Ferret, Juliette Plumecocq Mech, Élodie Hesme, Fleur Geffrier and Robinson Stévenin.

The shooting of the series Aims for the heart took place from May 4 to 13 in Étretat and its region in Normandy, then from May 14 to July 30 in Paris and its suburbs, indicated the press release from TF1. Three months of very intense work for Claire Keim who has a special memory of it.

“I learned a lot on this shoot, about me and what I was going to have to adjust to work in a more serene way and abandon myself even more”, she assured TF1 Pro. Between the stressful work pace and the “dark” atmosphere of the investigations, she remembers a beautiful encounter on the set: a scene with a wolf (in the first episode, editor’s note). “He is the other reason why I agreed to do this series because these animals fascinate me. I was very happy to have been able to approach one. He is a fascinating animal and of absolute beauty, I I was overwhelmed”.

After 30 years of career, actress and singer Claire Keim also has her habits to play her character perfectly. “On some shoots, I listen to the same music over and over to immerse myself in a character”, adding to our colleagues. “In this case, I used a lot of this wolf and his piercing gaze to interpret Julia!”. A new heroine who will liven up your Thursday evenings on TF1.
