During the 1990s, Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise formed one of Hollywood’s most glamorous couples. It was also during this period that they adopted two children: Isabella Jane, born December 22, 1992 and Connor, born January 17, 1995. But when they divorced in 2001 for “irreconcilable differences”, the little girl who was aged eight years would have gradually moved away from his mother because of the Church of Scientology of which the latter was not a part unlike her ex-husband Tom Cruise.

During her youth, Isabella Jane moved to London where she studied art before working for the Holmes brand.

In 2018, Nicole Kidman opened up about her relationship with her children, saying: “I am very private about this. I have to protect all my relationships. I know 150% that I would give my life for my children, because it is my reason for being,” she told Australian magazine Who and added: “They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions. They have made the choice to be Scientologists and, as as a mother, it is my duty to love them. I am an example of tolerance, and that is what I believe, that whatever your child does, he should know that he is loved. I think it is “It’s important because if you take that away from a child, in any family, you’re doing something wrong. It’s our job as parents to provide unconditional love.” It would therefore seem that the mother-daughter pair has buried the resentment.

On the private side, Isabella Jane got married in 2012 to a computer scientist named Max Parker during a ceremony which her two parents did not attend. Planet invites you to discover it in photos in our slideshow.
