Recognized as disabled following an accident or a non-occupational illness which rendered you (up to at least 66) unable to work, the Health Insurance (Social Security) allows you to obtain the payment of a disability pension to compensate for the loss of salary, on a provisional basis (thus according to the evolution of your situation).

Today, several Ile-de-France residents are victims of a Health Insurance bug that no longer allows them to receive their disability pension. This computer problem has persisted for several months already, and even if the number of people affected has still not been communicated, we know that this anomaly only concerns the departments of Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne being the only one not to be impacted). We are talking here of tens of euros in months, even hundreds of euros for some, who are not affected by these inhabitants.

This computer anomaly, which was however quickly identified, was postponed its resolution. Indeed, initially announced for March, it will finally be necessary to wait for the monthly payment of April to be reimbursed, that is to say at the beginning of May.

Interviewed by Le Parisien, the National Health Insurance Fund tells us that the reimbursement of the sums will be made “automatically on a next due date”. An announcement that creates a huge relief for Ile-de-France residents who have been waiting for this technical problem to be resolved since the start of the year.
