(Las Vegas) Olivier-Maxence Prosper had 18 points on Friday to help the Dallas Mavericks win 112-91 over the Indiana Pacers in the NBA Summer League.

The Mavericks thus ended their summer league schedule.

The 21-year-old Quebecer also provided five rebounds and a steal.

In the team’s first three games, Prosper had seven, 10 and 17 points.

His playing time was 17:13, 24:12, 33:15 and 28:43, in that order.

Game number 3 needed overtime.

In a text published Friday on the official website of the Dallas club, journalist Eddie Sefko comments on the Summer League and the formation of the Mavericks.

In his text, he relays a comment from a longtime NBA watcher, who said, “Prosper, he’s going to be a really, really good player for the Mavericks.”

Prosper was drafted 24th last month, by Sacramento. The Kings then traded the athlete from Rosemère to the Mavericks, along with Richaun Holmes.
