“I was 70 kilos, I was tall, I was plump but in fact everything was fine for an 18-year-old girl. And there I actually entered a spiral of diets,” she said and to add that she had tried “stuff in sachets, light food, diets all red fruit”, generating in the wake of frustration. “Obviously, what does that create? Frustration which then generates compensation and so in the evening you get up, you hit the packet of cakes,” she added.
