Always further, always higher, always stronger! As Fort Boyard prepares to make its big comeback for a new summer season, on Saturday July 1, 2023 on France 2, several changes have once again been made for this 34th edition.

As for the characters, if Passe-Partout and Félindra are known to the general public, the eternal Father Fouras has recruited over the years several characters responsible for testing the candidates in the adventure. Some of them are embodied by key personalities of the PAF.

Like Cyril Féraud, who entered the fort in 2020. The famous host of France 3 embodies Cyril Gossbo, a character with a style slightly inspired by the darling of Barbie who has given celebrities a hard time. For this 34th season, his character will be joined by a brand new character whose head is not unknown to us.

Among the changes made this year, Father Fouras will see the arrival (or even the return) of a character familiar with the fort. According to Télé-Loisirs, the cousin of La Boule (played by Yves Marchesseau since the creation of the game until his death in 2014) will take over the family. This protagonist is played by the actor Emmanuel Dorand who will wear the same outfit as his uncle. The name of this big bald fellow is not yet known for the moment.

La bande des Passes will also see the arrival of a new, very evil heroine: her name is Mauvaise Passe and she is played by actress Stéphanie Lhorset. She has already appeared in the winter version, Boyard Land, as Passemoilesucre.
