Radio-Canada and the Association of Professionals of the Humor Industry (APIH) announced Thursday that the two comedians would host the annual gala broadcast live on March 24 on ICI TÉLÉ.
Cathy Gauthier and Eve Côté succeed Katherine Levac, who hosted the gala dedicated to humor last year.
Cathy Gauthier, who has co-hosted Énergie’s morning show, Le boost, since 2022, and Eve Côté, who launched her first solo show, Côté Eve-Eve Côté earlier this year, will be having their first experience at the helm of the Les Olivier gala, which will celebrate its 25th anniversary.
We remember that last year, Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais was crowned in the humor show of the year and author of the year categories. He had also won the coveted Olivier of the Year.
