(Banja Luka) World No.1 Novak Djokovic was eliminated on Friday by Dusan Lajovic (N.70) in the quarter-finals of the Banja Luka ATP 250 tournament 6-4, 7-6 (8/6), sparking news concerns a few weeks before Roland-Garros.
Djokovic, who had lost just four games to his fellow Serbian, was punished for failing to convert three points in the second set tiebreaker.
