As a reminder, Agirc-Arrco is the organization in charge of the supplementary pension of former private sector employees. It is subject to compulsory social contributions (CSG, CRDS, health contribution, additional solidarity contribution for autonomy.

If you are one of them, you may receive a letter between April 5 and April 24 stating that your file cannot be updated. In this case, the organization will ask you to send it your 2022 tax notice on 2021 income.

“Depending on your tax situation, the CSG rate deducted in 2023 from your Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension may change. Our information systems are automatically updated according to the information transmitted by your old-age insurance fund. However in certain specific cases, files cannot be updated”, explains Agirc-Arrco on its site.

Upon receipt of this letter, the procedures to follow to respond to it will be indicated. All you have to do is send your tax notice, either online by posting it on the Agirc-Arrco tax return campaign website, or by post. Your connection codes as well as the address to send your mail to will be in the letter received.
