The Uneasy Tour: Purifying the Airwaves for the People takes off on February 16 in Portland, Oregon. In Canada, Batiste will be in Toronto on March 12, at Massey Hall, then in Montreal the next day, March 13, at MTelus. The tour is scheduled to conclude in Miramar Beach, Florida on April 27, 2024.

“I like numbers, so: 20 theaters and 24 performances to bless the pivotal year 2024,” Jon Batiste told the Associated Press in an exclusive statement.

“For my first solo tour, I wanted to play smaller venues and curate experiences that allowed me to really feel the people while I played. Think of these 24 shows less as a tour and more as a series of 24 can’t-miss experiences, each one of a kind. »

The goal, he says, is to experience his performances in “intimate, invigorating presentations created to unite, uplift and inspire us all in this time of change and uncertainty.”

Pre-sales begin on November 14th and tickets for the general public go on sale on November 17th.
