(Washington) Job creation rebounded unexpectedly in September in the United States, with 336,000 positions created, twice more than expected, while unemployment remains stable at 3.8%, the Department of Labor.

The leisure and hospitality, health, technical, professional and scientific services and social assistance sectors mainly hired people, as did the public sector.

As of August, 227,000 jobs were created, according to upwardly revised figures.
