This Wednesday, June 28, 2023, the General Directorate of Public Finance (DGFIP) updated the calendar of tax deadlines for the month of July 2023 on the Service-Public site. Compliance with the dates set by the tax authorities is essential, otherwise taxpayers at fault may face administrative difficulties, erroneous payments, or even late penalties. However, there are ways to correct any errors that may have crept into your tax slip.

Although the deadline for completing your 2022 income tax return has passed, it is still possible to make changes. Indeed, after the filing deadline, you can correct your declaration online once your tax notice has been received. This possibility of correction is available from August 02 to December 07, 2023 via the online correction service of the taxes.gouv website.

However, this online correction service is not available for declarations submitted in paper format. You must then file a complaint before December 31, N 2, either online from your private space or by mail. It is also possible to go to the counter of your Personal Tax Department or to telephone your public finance centre.

In order to avoid these tedious administrative procedures, special attention must be paid to the different dates set by the General Directorate of Public Finance. This month, taxpayers will have to make certain payments and file a new return, among other things. Discover in the slideshow below which are the next tax deadlines to know in July. Bottom of the form
