Rookie cornerback Devon Witherson scored a touchdown on a 97-yard interception return late in the third quarter, and the Seattle Seahawks tied a team record with 11 sacks in a 24-3 win against the New York Giants on Monday night.

Geno Smith threw a six-yard touchdown pass to DK Metcalf late in the first quarter and running back Keneth Walker III scored the touchdown with a brief one-yard run before halftime to help the Seahawks (3 -1) to win a third match in a row.

The Seahawks are 6-0 at MetLife Stadium, including the team’s only Super Bowl victory.

Bobby Wagner, Jordyn Brooks, Witherspoon and Uchenna Nwosu all had two sacks. Wagner also finished the game with 17 tackles.

Graham Gano made a 55-yard field goal for the Giants (1-3), who have played just a half in four games this season and look nothing like the team that made the playoffs last season for first time since 2016.

The Giants’ offense is experiencing difficulties, especially with its star running back Saquon Barkley absent for two games, as well as its blocker Andrew Thomas out of the lineup for three games.

The Seahawks scored seven points in the first three quarters of the game. The Giants scored their three points in the second quarter.
