(Miami) Reigning US Open champion Matthew Fitzpatrick of England took the lead on the RBC Heritage PGA Tour on Saturday with a 63 (8 under), posting the best performance of his career.

This course carried out without committing bogey allowed him to total a score of 199 (-14) on the three holes.

World No. 4 Patrick Cantlay scored 66 (-5), finishing second, one stroke ahead of fellow American Jordan Spieth.
