Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to strengthen in the coming year, the dialogue with the United States. His country was open for talks, said the Kremlin chief in his new year’s wishes to his American counterpart, Donald Trump. “The relationships are an important factor for strategic stability and international security,” it said in a message from Sunday.
The relationship between Moscow and Washington for years has been bad.
