(Vancouver) Lululemon Athletica’s third-quarter net profit was US$248.7 million, compared to US$255.6 million a year earlier.

The Vancouver-headquartered clothing company says its net revenue for the quarter was US$2.2 billion, up from US$1.9 billion last year.

Earnings per share were US$1.96, down from US$2.00.

Lululemon says it expects fourth-quarter 2023 net sales to be more than US$3.1 billion.

Earnings per share for the fourth quarter are expected to be between US$4.85 and US$4.93.

Chief Executive Calvin McDonald said it was another strong quarter for the company, and with the holiday season approaching, he was pleased with its early performance.
