(Lunenburg) High Liner Foods announced Tuesday the resignation of its chief executive, Ron Hepponstall.
The company said its board has accepted Mr. Hepponstall’s resignation, which will take effect on January 2, 2024 or sooner.
High Liner added that it has undertaken a search, internally and externally, to find a new big boss.
Mr. Hepponstall had been CEO of the seafood company since May 2018.
It should help the company put in place a transition plan.
High Liner is a producer and marketer in the frozen seafood industry.
