(Toronto) The Canadian enterprise software publisher OpenText acquires the Irish company KineMatik, which specializes in the management of business processes and projects.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and OpenText said Wednesday that the acquisition has no impact on its financial results.
KineMatik contributes to workflow automation, document change control, project management and electronic lab notebook solutions using OpenText’s content server.
She works with companies in the life sciences, technology, finance, energy and other industries.

Mr. Barrenechea adds that OpenText, headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, is eager to bring the KineMatik solution to its customers in the content management industry.
