The many fans of this culinary drama led by chef Carmy Berzatto were asking for more; their wishes were granted. The third season of The Bear series was confirmed by Disney this Monday.

In the second season, available in English and French since last July, chef Carmy Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) closes the family snack bar The Beef to open a more chic restaurant in Chicago called The Bear.

In addition to main characters like Carmy’s brother and sister Mikey (Jon Bernthal) and Natalie (Abby Elliott), as well as pastry chef Marcus (Lionel Boyce) and kitchen help Tina (Liza Colon-Zayas), we find in the cast several stars like Jamie Lee Curtis, in the role of mother Donna Berzatto, Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul), John Mulaney (SNL) and Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story).

Less frenetic than the first season, which still received 13 Emmy nominations, the second season of The Bear continues to explore the family relationships of the Berzatto clan, while focusing on the acrobatics necessary to open the new restaurant : hiring staff, applying for permits, planning the menu, etc.

The exact release date for season three has not yet been revealed.
