It’s the end of the ET Canada entertainment show. After 18 seasons, the show is being pulled the plug due to a “challenging advertising environment,” parent company Corus Entertainment announced Wednesday.

ET Canada’s website and social media accounts will also be closed.

“We recognize the impact of this decision on the dedicated team who worked on the show and thank them for their significant contributions over the years,” Corus Entertainment said in a short statement shared Wednesday to the networks social.

“The costs of producing a daily entertainment news magazine in a difficult advertising environment led to this decision,” he explained.

Aired on Global TV, the magazine-style show focused on news related to celebrities and the entertainment industry.

The final episode will air on October 6, but reruns will continue until October 31.
