Christmas dinner is fast approaching. This time of year is eagerly awaited by many French people because it is the perfect opportunity to get together with family and see lost loved ones again. Beyond that, it is also the opportunity to savor delicious dishes, often luxury, that you only eat once a year.

This is particularly the case with foie gras, which should also be served after oysters. This specialty of the South-West is indeed particularly popular at the time of the holidays and has its place on the table of many families during Christmas Eve.

If you have already started your shopping for this dinner, you should however be wary because a block of foie gras is now subject to a recall. This procedure follows an organoleptic alteration of the product linked to the smell. It is therefore strongly advised not to consume said product. Fortunately, there are still a few days left before the holidays, and it is therefore still possible to bring the product back to the store in order to obtain a refund.

It is the block of duck foie gras with piece of the Feyel brand which is concerned by a recall procedure. Here are the product references:

This batch was marketed between November 16 and December 13, 2022 in many supermarket chains. Discover in our slideshow the complete list of all the stores in which the block of duck foie gras with pieces can be returned.
