As part of the regulation of social contributions, Agirc-Arrco must contact its affiliates by mail to provide them with important information. Indeed, the private sector supplementary pension fund has launched a campaign to recover tax notices. Do not panic, therefore, if you have received or will receive in the next few days a letter asking you to communicate certain tax information. What steps should be taken in this context?

Since January 1, 2023, the General Social Contribution (CSG) rate has changed. Depending on your situation, this has increased or decreased, which has led to changes in the amount of your supplementary pension. In one of its most recent press releases, Agirc-Arrco announced that, despite the automatic update of files, some of them may not be updated correctly. In order to remedy this situation, the supplementary pension fund has therefore set up a reminder system by mail to obtain the 2022 tax notice on the 2021 income of the main persons concerned.

Only certain people are concerned by this request from Agirc-Arrco. To find out if you will have to send your tax notice, you must therefore monitor your mailbox between April 5 and 24. If you receive a letter from Agirc-Arrco, you will be required to return the required documents by post, to the address indicated, or else go through the pension plan’s website. In this second case, you can directly connect to the dedicated platform with the identifiers received. If you do not receive any mail from Agirc-Arrco, you can however take a look at your personal space to make sure that your situation is in order.
