(Montreal) After The Heart Has His Reasons and Les Bobos, the Anne Dorval and Marc Brunet tandem is reunited again.
Dorval will be featured in a new show by the author, entitled Splendeur et influence, which will be broadcast on ICI TOU. TV EXTRA and ICI TÉLÉ.
This new comedy, which we will be able to see in 2024 and 2025, will parody reality shows and influencers.
Dorval will play the role of Brigitte Bussières, a somewhat outdated reality TV host.
Phillippe-Audrey Larrue-Saint-Jacques, Mathieu Dufour, Yannick de Martino, Pascale de Blois and Naïla Louidort will also be part of the cast.
Filming began on Monday. The show, which will be available in eight 30-minute episodes, will be produced by Isabelle Garneau and Jean-François Chagnon.
Marc Brunet is the originator of several popular television comedies, including the cult series The Heart Has His Reasons. We also owe him the texts of 3600 seconds of ecstasy and Like-Moi.
