(Boston) Sam Hauser had 26 points as the Boston Celtics beat the Toronto Raptors 121-102 on Friday.
Hauser was 6-for-12 on 3-point shooting.
Jayson Tatum added 21 points for the Celtics, who sit second in the East.
Pascal Siakam had 19 points for the ninth-placed Raptors.
Precious Achiuwa (16 points), Fred VanVleet (12) and Dalano Banton (10) also provided 10 points or more for the visitors.
The Raptors wrap up the regular season Sunday at home against the Milwaukee Bucks (1 p.m., Sportsnet).
On Wednesday, the Raptors will host the Chicago Bulls in the 9-10 Qualifying Game in the East.
The challenge will then be to play in Miami or Atlanta, to establish who will be eighth in the East.
Boston was without Jaylen Brown, who has a right hand laceration.
The Celtics were also without Malcolm Brogdon with a back injury and Marcus Smart with a neck issue.
The Raptors lacked cohesion from the start. In the first five minutes of the match, their only basket was a dunk from Jakob Poeltl.
After this basket, the Toronto club committed two consecutive turnovers. This was followed by a dunk from Robert Williams, a three-point shot from Sam Hauser and a three-point play from Tatum. It was enough for the Celtics to take control of the game.
Boston led 34-16 after a quarter and 68-40 at the half, en route to a fourth win in five games.
The Celtics swept the four-game series against Toronto this season.
They had won the first three meetings by a combined margin of 12 points.
The Hawks will finish seventh in the East, despite losing to the Sixers on Friday (136-131, in overtime).
Philadelphia prevailed despite a long list of absentees including Joel Embiid, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris and De’Anthony Melton – their top 5 scorers. They also lacked veteran P.J. Tucker.
