Work is underway at the Chapelle du Séminaire de Québec, built at the end of the 19th century in the heart of Old Quebec. The Quebec Conservation Center of the Ministry of Culture and Communications is in the process of restoring the ceramic floors of the choir, the altars, the stained glass windows and the painted trompe l’oeil decoration, as well as the sculptures, reliquaries and canvases. The work also makes it possible to integrate state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment into the historic building with its Second Empire style architecture to hold conferences and receptions. The Chapel will still be able to accommodate up to 200 people for a banquet and 300 for a reception. However, you will have to wait until it reopens in 2024 to take advantage of it.
