(Pasadena) Riqui Puig scored a goal and an assist as LA Galaxy beat Los Angeles Football Club 2-1.

The game was played in front of an MLS record crowd of 82,110 fans at the Rose Bowl. The duel broke the previous record of 74,479, set last year.

The eighth edition of the city’s rivalry was originally scheduled to be played on February 25.

Puig had an assist on Tyler Boyd’s 26th-minute goal before netting the winner in the 73rd minute.

LAFC’s goal came in the last minute of the first half.
