Two weeks after the death of Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, who played his best friend in the series Friends, paid him a last tribute.

“It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to you. The times we spent together are honestly some of the best times of my life,” he wrote on Instagram on Tuesday.

“It was an honor to share the stage with you and call you my friend. I will always smile when I think of you and I will never forget you. Never. Spread your wings and fly, my brother, you are free at last,” he continued.

His message is accompanied by some photos taken during the filming of the series Friends, in which they played roommates Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing.

Remember that Matthew Perry died on October 28 in his home in Los Angeles. He was 54 years old.
