(Cincinnati) Quarterback Joe Burrow attended his first practice in more than a month on Wednesday due to a pulled right calf muscle.

The Cincinnati Bengals star player donned his full kit for the first time since July 27.

Burrow, 26, warmed up alongside backup Jake Browning and newly acquired Will Grier.

Last month, Burrow hopped on one leg before dropping to the ground on a play where he moved out of the protective pocket. He had left the field in a cart.

Burrow is in negotiations with the Bengals and could sign a contract extension that would make him one of the highest paid players in the NFL.

The Bengals, defending American North Division champions, begin their season Sept. 10 against the Browns in Cleveland.
