At a time when the electric and intelligent transportation (TEI) sector is moving at high speed, Propulsion Québec is appointing a new president and CEO. This is Michelle LLambias Meunier, who joined the ranks of the organization last February.

She takes over from Sarah Houde, who had been at the helm since the founding of Propulsion Québec in 2017, and whose departure was announced last May. Ms. LAmbias Meunier arrives in office at a time when the battery industry for electric vehicles is booming in Quebec.

This comes with its share of challenges to overcome, she explains in an interview, particularly in terms of labor and training. For example, you will need to be able to find and train employees who will work in factories whose activities will begin in the coming years.

This file will be among the many files that Propulsion Québec intends to look into. Propulsion Québec represents the TEI cluster. The organization has some 260 members.
