(Turin) World No.1 Novak Djokovic will be pitted in the red group of the ranking phase of the ATP Masters which begins on Sunday in Turin (Italy) against the Italian Jannik Siner, the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas and the Dane Holger Rune, according to the draw carried out on Thursday.

Djokovic, defending champion, is the big favorite for his own succession after winning the Masters 1000 in Paris last Sunday, his sixth title of the year.

The 36-year-old Serbian will aim for a seventh title, synonymous with a new record, in the tournament which pits the eight best players of the year against each other.

The other group with world No.2 Carlos Alcaraz at the head of the bill and the German Alexander Zverev, has a very Russian sound with Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev.
