(New York) American actor Jamie Foxx is the target of a complaint for a sexual assault in New York in 2015, according to a New York court document on the eve of the expiration of a law which allows victims of sexual violence to file a civil complaint for prescribed facts.
According to this complaint filed before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, a court of first instance, consulted by AFP on Wednesday evening, Eric Marlon Bishop, alias Jamie Foxx, sexually assaulted the complainant, who retained her anonymity, during an evening on the roof terrace of a bar-restaurant in Manhattan in August 2015.
