In another life, Canadian actor Keanu Reeves was a bassist in an alternative rock band named Dogstar. And that other life… comes to life again.

On their social networks, the band from Los Angeles announced that they will release a new album on October 6 called Somewhere Between the Palm Trees and Power Lines. This is the third album for the band – and the first in 20 years.

On the internet, you can watch, since Wednesday, the music video for a first single, Everything Turns Around. The album is produced by their own record company, Dillon Street Records.

“A very limited amount of signed vinyls are available in the official store – hurry! writes the formation, also composed of singer Bret Domrose and drummer Rob Mailhouse.

Since announcing their reunion last year, Dogstar returned to the stage in May at the BottlRock Festival in California and this Tuesday at The Roxy in Los Angeles. Next month, he will embark on a 25-show tour of North America and Japan. He will be at Lee’s Palace in Toronto on December 9.
