The Festival Quartiers Danses announced on Tuesday the names of the artists, choreographers, and dancers who will be part of its indoor program, which will be held from September 6 to 17 at the Studio Théâtre des Grands Ballets Canadiens at the Wilder Building, but also, in the amphitheater of the McCord Stewart Museum and the Pointe-à-Callière Museum.
On the menu for this 21st edition, 30 choreographers and companies from 8 countries will present their works, some of which have been specially created for the FQD. Alongside well-known festival names such as Margie Gillis, Nicolas Zemmour, Véronique Giasson, Morgane Le Tiec, Jane Mappin, Charles Brecard, Pauline Gervais and Kyra Jean Green, renowned artists from the Czech Republic, Belgium, England, from Italy, Iceland, Scotland and Spain will present their works for the first time in North America.
