(Montreal) The Montreal Canadiens will play their traditional Red vs. White game on September 24 at 1 p.m. at the Bell Centre.
This will be the first opportunity for fans to see or see their favorites, such as Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield or rookie David Reinbacher, at work.
Tickets started at $10. Access for presale starting August 30 is available at participating IGA markets. Subscribers to the Club 1909 and Bleu Blanc Rouge newsletters will be able to purchase tickets on August 31 and September 1. The general public will be able to purchase tickets starting September 2.
Profits from the intra-team game will be donated to the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation and La Tablée des Chefs, which fights food insecurity and educates young people to develop food autonomy.
The Canadiens will play their first preseason game the next day, September 25, when they host the New Jersey Devils at the Bell Center.
Some Habs prospects will have started their campaign for a position with the team the previous weekend, during the rookie tournament, September 15-18 in Buffalo.
