(Terrebonne) ADF Group reports net income of $10.5 million during the three-month period that ended July 31, up 94.3% compared to the same period a year ago when it s was raised to 5.4 million.

Meanwhile, basic and diluted net earnings per share increased from $0.17 to $0.32.

The design, engineering, fabrication and installation of structural steel and heavy steel components business recorded revenue of 80.2 million in the second quarter compared to 66.4 million a year earlier .

The company based in Terrebonne, in Lanaudière, adds that its order book stood at 373.7 million as of July 31, compared to 376.5 million six months earlier.

The chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Groupe ADF, Jean Paschini, affirms that the contracts signed at the beginning of the second quarter allow a very interesting level of order backlog and he believes that the opportunities on the markets remain more than interesting.

ADF Group announces the payment of a semi-annual dividend of $0.01 per subordinate voting share and per multiple voting share, which will be paid on October 17.
