The author of the novel Hors-sol, Philippe Yong, will host a discussion with Monique Proulx, Marie Hélène Poitras and Yves Beauchemin on their vision of the city through their works (Les aurores montreales, Galumpf and Une nuit de temps). The three authors will take the opportunity to share their memories of Montreal and read a few extracts.

Quebec cartoonist Michel Rabagliati, author of the famous series around the character of Paul, will speak to La Presse journalist Dominic Tardif about all of his work. The perfect opportunity to learn more about the man behind these gentle, realistic drawings and his most recent title, the graphic novel Rose on the Island.

Dominique Fortier, Vincent Brault and the French writer Patrick Autréaux will participate in the round table These ghosts that inhabit us, the time for a discussion on the afterlife around their works (Neiges d’antan, Les ombres nationaux and La saint of the family). Clémence DesRochers and La Presse columnist Mario Girard will take part in a signing session of the book Clémence, once again, which pays tribute to the legendary Quebec artist who has just turned 90. This is a great opportunity to meet Clémence DesRochers, a true pioneer, whose songs and monologues reached the audience right in the heart. The duo will be at the same booth Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
