This is the Vallégrain brand chorizo ​​roast whose GTIN is 3467980061495 and concerns batch number 2310305601 for a consumption limit date set at 04/23/2023. This first piece has been sold since April 13, 2023 and was marketed until April 19.
The same roast is sold in cuts on supermarket shelves, but it is not the only one. The Provençal roast and the Orloff-style roast sold in cuts by the Vallégrain brand are also on the list. Finally, the Orloff-style roast of the same brand, sold in trays on the shelves, shows traces of salmonella. This is lot number 2310305601. All of these roasts were released at the same time and have the same best before date. 8 departments are concerned in total. Among them, we find Eure, Eure-et-Loir, Manche, Calvados, Loiret, Sarthe, Yvelines and Essonne.
