First price products at the supermarket: 6 ingredients to avoid absolutely

spot_img

In the supermarket, there are no small savings… especially in terms of first price products! The latter, often shunned by consumers for their very basic packaging and their bad reputation, can nevertheless prove to be precious allies for your wallet, provided you know how to choose them.

Indeed, they are sometimes up to 60% cheaper than their branded equivalents. Although in recent months, entry-level products have been hit hard by inflation, they remain on the whole quite cheap.

But be careful, because not all of them are necessarily worth the savings.

But conversely, if you want to eat healthy and preserve your health as well as the balance of your plate, certain products at mini prices are to be religiously avoided. Either because they will only have a poor quality compared to their brand namesake, or because they are downright dangerous for the body.

Indeed, to increase their margins, manufacturers do not hesitate to use chemicals that are sometimes dubious, but certainly inexpensive, in their products in order to sell them at a low price.

Only one reflex counts in the supermarket when you choose your products: pay attention to their composition.

Discover in our slideshow the 6 harmful ingredients you need to look out for on the shelves when choosing your entry-level products.
