For the sixth consecutive year, TF1 is organizing a major competition to elect the most beautiful market in France. Since March 6, 2023, 24 cities have been in the running to obtain the prestigious title won last year by the Narbonne market (Aude). The 24 competitors were chosen by regional vote (one city per region). Then, the selected markets were submitted to the national vote from April 21st. Here is the list:
This Friday, May 26, Marie-Sophie Lacarrau unveiled the 10 finalists selected during the national vote. With more than 4.5 million votes in total, the campaign continues until June 16 on the TF1 website. On June 20, the Super Jury (composed of three viewers from TF1 and Anne-Claire Coudray, Camille Combal and Jean-Luc Reichmann) will elect the winner from the three most popular markets. Finally, the week of June 26, Marie-Sophie Lacarrau will reveal the name of the winner of this 2023 edition.
