According to information reported by The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate Television is piloting this project which is in its infancy. For the moment, no broadcaster is yet associated with this series which will give a second life to the love story of Bella and the vampire Edward. The author Stephenie Meyer should participate in the television adaptation, according to this same source.

Starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, the five films in the Twilight saga, released between 2008 and 2012, raked in an impressive US$3.4 billion at the global box office.
