The next concerts of the American group Eagles will be their last. After its long tour to come, the formation will definitively cease its activities.
After some 50 years in business, Eagles, formed in 1971, claim to have had a much longer career than members could have imagined. “But it all has to end and it’s time for us to come full circle,” the band said in a statement.
Eagles is therefore embarking on a final tour, which will have “as many dates as the public desires” and which may extend until 2025.
A dozen dates have already been announced for this series of shows, which will begin on September 7 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
