(Baltimore) Anthony Santander and Cedric Mullins homered as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 5-3 on Thursday.
Atop the All-American East Division, the Orioles held a two-game cushion ahead of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Jose Berrios (9-9) gave up five runs and nine hits in six innings.
He was 10-0 against Baltimore so far, including 6-0 at Camden Yards.

The Orioles defeated the Blue Jays for the 10th time in 13 occasions this season.
Kyle Gibson (13-7) allowed three runs and six hits in eight innings, the longest outing by an Orioles starter this year.
Three of his wins came against Toronto.
Felix Bautista had a 33rd save.
The rain meant that the match started an hour and a quarter later than planned.

Also in the fifth, Gunnar Henderson added a one-run single.
The Jays’ response was then limited to Brandon Belt’s cannon shot.

Chris Bassitt will start the Jays on Friday against Cleveland, opening the curtain on a six-game stint in Toronto. The Nationals will also be there.
