(Paris) European stock markets opened globally higher on Monday, after a good week, resisting the surge in oil prices after the decision of several major exporting countries to reduce their production.

If Frankfurt is almost stable (-0.03%), Paris takes 0.26% and London, made up of more oil companies, increases by 0.55% at the opening. Oil prices are up sharply by more than 5%.
