On Wednesday, police investigated six bomb threats against schools in Washington, D.C. Later, they stated that the schools had been cleared and that “no hazardous material was found”.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, the schools were Dunbar High School (Theodore Roosevelt High School), Ron Brown High School and Ron Brown High School. At least three schools, Roosevelt, Dunbar and Ron Brown, were evacuated.

This is the second time Dunbar has dealt with a threat. The husband of Vice President Kamala Harris was Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff and was evacuated from an event at the high-school on Tuesday after a bomb threat. Teachers and students were evacuated from the school before it was made safe for students to return.

All DC schools threatened by the police cleared

D.C. police stated that all six schools subject to bomb threats were cleared and no hazardous material was discovered.

Police say that they have not been notified of any other schools who may have been subject to threats.

Police are currently investigating Dunbar, Theodore Roosevelt and Ron Brown high schools, as well as KIPP DC College Preparatory and IDEA Public Charter School, Seed Public Charter School, and KIPP DC College Preparatory.
CBS News was informed by police that they don’t know of any other schools subject to threats.
