(Paris) Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina, who won the 4th title of her career in Indian Wells on Sunday, continues to progress on Monday within the top 10 of the WTA rankings, of which she is now 7th.

The 23-year-old progresses three places to reach the best ranking of her career while Poland’s Iga Swiatek, crowned in 2022 and whom she had just eliminated in the semi-finals in California, continues to lead the debate.

Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, dominated in the Indian Wells final by Rybakina, is still 2nd ahead of American Jessica Pegula.

Despite her elimination in the round of 16 of the Californian tournament, Frenchwoman Caroline Garcia took 4th place from Tunisian Ons Jabeur.

Finalist at Indian Wells in 2022, but simple semi-finalist a year later, the Greek Maria Sakkari falls from 7th to 10th place.

Further down, another Polish player, Magda Linette (19th) made, at 31, her entry into the top 20, from which the ex-N. 1 Romanian world Simona Halep (25th, -6), suspended at the end of October for doping.
