Mallaury Nataf enjoyed success and glory at the start of his career before a terrible descent into hell. A look back at a career that had started off with a bang.

Mallaury Nataf, whose real name is Marie Laurence Nataf, was born on March 19, 1972 in Lille. She is the daughter of a commercial father and a housewife of Corsican origin. She studied law and business before being spotted by a modeling agency director and being selected for an advertisement for the Coca-Cola brand. After that, the young woman successfully passed a casting at AB Productions. And, she landed the role of Lola in the 90s sitcom Honey and the Bees. The success was immediate, but the broadcast was suspended a year later due to a mini-scandal caused by the actress herself.

Invited in 1994 on the set of the Jacky Show, Mallaury Nataf created a lively controversy. While performing her new song Fleur sauvage, the actress shocked viewers by appearing in a skirt … without panties. A controversy that caused a stir since the show is watched by a very young audience. This mini-scandal is very detrimental to her because the same year, she leaves the series Le Miel et les Abeilles. After her departure from the series, Mallaury Nataf once again made a name for herself by posing completely naked for the 1995 calendar of Newlook magazine.

In 1996, she tried to save her career by becoming one of the heroines of the series Sous le soleil. A total failure since she left the fiction after 10 episodes. We find the actress in 2005 in the reality TV show La ferme de celebrities. However, she will be eliminated from the game after one week.

While the star had disappeared from radar screens, Mallaury Nataf gave an interview to our colleagues from Le Parisien in February 2012 in which she revealed that she was homeless: “I have been homeless since March, when I had to leave my companion, a victim of a ruptured aneurysm, and leave my apartment. And for ten weeks I had been going with my 2.5-year-old son Shiloh from suburban hotels to friendly lodgings. The 115, I know”, she confided.

In this interview, the star also claimed that her three children had been taken away from her by child welfare: “I have nothing left. My three children were taken away from me. The juvenile brigade took the smallest child from me on Saturday and placed him with child welfare. Since then, he has been at Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospital in Paris, who called me to tell me that he is crying for his mother”, she assured.

The star, who gave birth to Rafaël and Angeline (born from her union with a star dancer) then to a boy named Shiloh (born from her relationship with a certain Eric Gabay) is still today deprived of her children: “Let’s be clear, I know that I will never find my three children. I really lost them,” she told Télé Star on June 24. “I am stripped of my parental rights. So I went back to being like I was 24, like a kid. I’m no longer a mother, it’s over! Never again will a being say “mom” to me. So I can devote myself entirely to the public and not to my children,” she concluded.

After years on the street, Mallaury Nataf cannot bring herself to give up her acting career: “Working with ordinary people in ordinary jobs is impossible for me. The first month, everything goes well. And then someone recognizes me. The clientele finds out and suddenly the whole neighborhood knows it. It’s bad for business. And the boss doesn’t want to keep me. My only way to rebuild my life was AB Productions”, she confided to Télé Star.

The actress should join the hit series The Mysteries of Love next fall by taking up her character as Lola Garnier, Hélène’s cousin, played by actress Hélène Rollès: “She left 25 years ago for a long journey around the world. We discover her when she returns from Latin America where she followed the teaching of a cabalist. A cabalist means “one who knows the tradition”, she said.

After a brief return in The Mysteries of Love in 2019, Mallaury Nataf seems to have disappeared from our screens again. While an ex-candidate of Beijing Express told of having found his trace, during his passage in TPMP in January 2022, it was a close friend of the actress who spoke about him.

In an interview published on July 3, 2022 on the Toutatélé site, producer Jean-Luc Azoulay spoke about the interpreter of Lola in the famous sitcom AB. “I haven’t had a lot of news. A lot of people have passed her in the street. We tried to call her back, to see her again. For the moment, she is fine in the street. We’ll see”, admits the screenwriter who does not lose hope. “The other time she did this and after a few years she called me saying, ‘Finally, I want to come back.’ Maybe she’ll call me back one day and say, ‘ Eventually, I want to come back'”.
