This Tuesday, July 12, 2023, the heat remains relevant and it is a summer day that is shaping up over much of the country. In the morning, the sky is mostly clear and the weather dry. Gray weather is expected in the central-eastern regions, from Alsace to Franche-Comté, following the storms the day before, reports La Chaine Météo. A few locally thundery showers are expected before fading quickly. Temperatures are between 19 and 33°C from north to south.

At the end of the morning, the clouds will cover most of France. Ajaccio, Marseille and Perpignan will be the only areas spared. According to Météo France, the risk of thunderstorms is diminishing. The sun then made its big comeback over the whole country throughout the day, announcing a very hot afternoon and a sweltering day.

As we mentioned earlier, temperatures will reach 33°C. But that’s not all, since according to the forecasts, the feelings will go up to 38°C. This is the case for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica regions, where good weather will continue to dominate despite a light wind. Everywhere else, the mercury is on average around 30°C. Only the northwest coast will see maximum temperatures around 25°C. In addition, rare showers will fall on Brittany, Normandy or even Burgundy-Franche-Comté.
