Weather 2022: the month of September promises to be (very) hot over a third of France

Indeed, a depression which is slowly approaching Brittany generates stormy showers in the northwest of the country. In the rest of France, the weather is very pleasant, with temperatures well above normal for the season.

“In Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Normandy, the threatening sky this morning quickly gives stormy showers which are getting stronger this afternoon, with a risk of hail”, explains the forecaster.

But what do we know about the rest of the month? In its four-week trend, the site specializing in meteorology evokes a September that is certainly less dry than feared, but still beautiful and warm, without excess.

“This is very good news in the face of the drought, which will not disappear in a few weeks despite everything. In this context, it will be necessary to carefully monitor the meteorological evolution in the southeast, where stormy sequences could be quite frequent, without to be able, to date, to prejudge their intensity”, develops La Chaîne Météo.
